Janet Lee...A Professional Profile
Janet Lee has been selling real estate in Gig Harbor with Windermere Real Estate since 1988, and is currently in her 21st year of a successful business. She has been honored by the Tacoma/Pierce County MLS for Sales Achievement Awards for Million Dollar Plus sales for the past eighteen years, and became a Lifetime Plus member in 1995. Only the top 2% of realtors in Pierce County achieve at this level. Janet has been a relocation specialist for ten years, and has worked extensively with many corporations to successfully relocate their employees, both incoming and outgoing. Janet is committed to her real estate career, and has advanced her knowledge and professionalism by continuing to keep abreast of changes through a variety of real estate courses. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which only 4% of realtors nationwide attain, and is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field, recognizing professional accomplishments in both experience and education. She is also a graduate of the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), a nationally recognized mark of excellence. Janet is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and works with Sellers to prepare or "stage" their homes for sale. These staged homes sell quicker and/or for more money, and give the home a marketing edge in any market.
Janet is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and is familiar with the unique needs of seniors (officially 50 years and older!).
Janet`s Life outside of Real Estate
Janet is a Pacific Northwest native, and attended Grays Harbor Community College and Washington State University. She has lived in Gig Harbor for over 25 years. Janet is happily married, loves to travel, read books, is an animal lover, and is interested in all sports, especially tennis and golf. She also is a Mariners fan! Janet recently became a Grammy to baby Scarlett Grace and loves the opportunity to see her grow up in Gig Harbor. Janet is active in her church, and has a heart for Young Life.
